For those who have no problem keeping cavities at bay but still fight with gingivitis, here’s a tip my dentist gave me: Using an electric toothbrush, before you actually brush, hold the toothbrush against the gum line for about 5-10 seconds and let the rotation of the bristles do the work. Make sure you get behind the teeth too. I’ve barely done this for a week and already I can see a huge improvement. IYAMHEALTHY
