I am counting calories and make sure I get enough of the right vitamins and minerals each day. I also drink at least 2 liters of water every day. I do squash/indoor soccer 2 to 3 times a week and go for a walk/jog 3 times a week. I’ve been doing so for two months now and I can see my skin clearing up (I used to have bad acne, now there’s almost nothing left) and I feel much more energetic than before. I’m also losing some weight along with it, but most importantly IYAMHEALTHY

I get too bored doing cardio, so I trained for a 10k by finding history podcasts that I liked and then only listening to them while on the track/road/treadmill. Wanting to know what happened next gets me to the gym every day, and I lost 10 lbs even while eating like a pig. IYAMHEALTHY.
