I start every day with at least ten situps in bed, to help tone my muscles. I’ve stopped taking milk in my coffee, as well as eating ice cream and other creamy products. I drink seltzers instead of soda and I’m also drinking green tea to decrease my appetite so that I’m not tempted to snack. It’s much better than dieting, I just watch my intake and keep myself moving. IYAMHEALTHY
