Instead of an office chair try sitting on an exercise ball. It gently forces you to use the muscles in your back to maintain a good posture while you’re sitting. It’s surprisingly comfortable. You don’t even feel the need for a back rest. And best of all you can use it for some simple office stretching whenever you need a break. IYAMHEALTHY

I have a mini hourglass on my desk next to my monitor that goes for 15 minutes. Every time I notice it out of time, I take a break from looking from the screen and look away for a few seconds. My eyes seem less strained now! IYAMHEALTHY
