I have a hard time making sure I eat enough fruits/veggies every day. But after working at a smoothie shop in college, every time I want a snack I throw two (or more!) servings of frozen fruit, splash of OJ or skim milk, dollop of low fat yogurt in a blender drink up. Since I started, my acne has actually cleared up quite a bit and I stay fuller longer which means I’m more likely to actually cook dinner. IYAMHEALTHY
