I shop at the local farmer’s market in my town every weekend to stock up on veggies and maybe some grass-fed meats. I only go to the grocery store for things like rice, spices, and oatmeal. Then I get creative with the veggies I got from the market! Some of my best dinners have come about by trying to use up what was in the fridge, and I’ve become better acquainted with things that you don’t see often at the grocery store.
