I am counting calories and make sure I get enough of the right vitamins and minerals each day. I also drink at least 2 liters of water every day. I do squash/indoor soccer 2 to 3 times a week and go for a walk/jog 3 times a week. I’ve been doing so for two months now and I can see my skin clearing up (I used to have bad acne, now there’s almost nothing left) and I feel much more energetic than before. I’m also losing some weight along with it, but most importantly IYAMHEALTHY

For those who have no problem keeping cavities at bay but still fight with gingivitis, here’s a tip my dentist gave me: Using an electric toothbrush, before you actually brush, hold the toothbrush against the gum line for about 5-10 seconds and let the rotation of the bristles do the work. Make sure you get behind the teeth too. I’ve barely done this for a week and already I can see a huge improvement. IYAMHEALTHY
