I used to have a huge problem with underestimating how much I had eaten. I would buy a box of crackers and eat 3 or 4 servings thinking that it had been more like 1. It may be a little neurotic, but I’ve started measuring all my snack foods out in to servings size ziploc baggies. I’ve already lost about 5 pounds from 2 months of this without making any other changes. IYAMHEALTHY
