I’m about 6 months pregnant and I was starting to get some pregnancy related aches and pains. So a couple of weeks ago I decided to start exercising again (used to be a p90x-er and a Zumba addict before I got prego). I’ve been doing prenatal yoga, using a prenatal fitness DVD, and working out at a nearby gym for the last 2 weeks. Pretty much all my aches are gone and I feel like a hot mama again!
