I (still) use a PokeWalker to count my steps! I try to get at least twelve thousand every day without cheating. I get healthy, and when I get enough steps I can catch better Pokemon for my DS game! IYAMHEALTHY.

I work from home. My dogs always seem to know when I should take a break from the computer and take a walk (for them as well). Having dogs keeps me active since they wake me up early, and keep me on schedule. IYAMHEALTHY

Good posture makes you feel better and look better instantly. I always imagine a string on the top of my head gently pulling me toward the ceiling. Actually strengthening your core muscles helps, but I try to simply be conscious of how I am standing. People say I carry myself like I own the room. IYAMHEALTHY!

I put 8 elastic bands on my wrist to remind me to drink water. As I drink a glass, I can remove one band. IYAMHEALTHY
