Staying healthy is simple; there are 2 things you must do. The first is to avoid junk food with excess sugar and fat – don’t count calories, look at the content of what you eat itself! The second thing is to work out – try to alternate, one day doing some weight type exercises, the other, some sort of aerobic exercise. Rest on the 7th day. Your body needs the time to recover. Make sure you get at least 8 hours sleep; your body only breaks down fat and makes muscle in ‘deep sleep’. Simple right?
