I am vegetarian however the rest of my family are meat eaters.
I make dinner for the family about twice a weeks so on those occasions they are vegetarian meals, or even vegan as I am cutting out a lot of dairy products.
my family have been feeling healthier and losing weight.
It’s easy to do, just once a week and you dont have to cut out mean all together, you will feel lighter and it will help detox your body especially if you stay away from fast food and soft drink.
