I have eliminated all soda, any rBST milk, and most juice from my diet. I drink water that is room temp because it is easier for your body to handle, especially while working out. I am a vegetarian for health reasons. Once I move (which will be soon), I will be living almost car-free and biking everywhere I need to go. Right now, horseback riding keeps me in shape. I have cut out most GM and processed foods, and I use only herbal medicine. IYAMHEALTHY
I am vegetarian however the rest of my family are meat eaters.
I make dinner for the family about twice a weeks so on those occasions they are vegetarian meals, or even vegan as I am cutting out a lot of dairy products.
my family have been feeling healthier and losing weight.
It’s easy to do, just once a week and you dont have to cut out mean all together, you will feel lighter and it will help detox your body especially if you stay away from fast food and soft drink.
I used to be sick every week as a kid with multiple issues. Asthma, allergy attacks, the flu, bronchitis, but mostly stomach problems. When I was 16 and immigrated to Canada from the US, we couldn’t afford meat. I didn’t eat it for 4 months. When I tried to again, I would become violently ill. I quickly became a vegetarian, and I haven’t been sick in years. No flu, no stomach bugs, no bronchitis. People don’t believe me, but I am vegetarian and IYAMHEALTHY.
