I use www.livestrong.com ‘s calories and fitness calculator to keep track of my weight, nutrition and exercise. I have been making comparisons between junk food and healthy food which would have never become apparently to me otherwise. IYAM starting to be Healthy.

I joined SparkPeople, a free website, about a year ago. After 16 years of having gained 30 extra pounds because of a slow thyroid, I have lost 15 of them. I would recommend it to anyone! IYAMHEALTHY
