LESS IS MORE! You hear it all the time. “I work out 5 days a week and I’m not losing weight!” My wife and I just started a weight loss workout that we found on a body building forum. We only do weight lifting 3 times a week, a day break in between, with a two day break after the last work out day. We have never lost so much weight, and looked so toned! The rest days are essential–your body needs to not only rest the muscles, but that’s when they grow bigger and stronger. IYAMHEALTHY
