LESS IS MORE! You hear it all the time. “I work out 5 days a week and I’m not losing weight!” My wife and I just started a weight loss workout that we found on a body building forum. We only do weight lifting 3 times a week, a day break in between, with a two day break after the last work out day. We have never lost so much weight, and looked so toned! The rest days are essential–your body needs to not only rest the muscles, but that’s when they grow bigger and stronger. IYAMHEALTHY
In an effort to lose my freshman 15, I’ve taken weight training as one of my classes and replaced all sugary drinks with water and milk. In just two weeks, I’ve already seen improvement in my skin and body. IYAMHEALTHY
I am counting calories and make sure I get enough of the right vitamins and minerals each day. I also drink at least 2 liters of water every day. I do squash/indoor soccer 2 to 3 times a week and go for a walk/jog 3 times a week. I’ve been doing so for two months now and I can see my skin clearing up (I used to have bad acne, now there’s almost nothing left) and I feel much more energetic than before. I’m also losing some weight along with it, but most importantly IYAMHEALTHY
I am limiting myself to 5 small meals a day, drinking 3-4 liters of water a day and exercising at 3 days a week. I’ve stopped drinking fruit juice, all sodas and only eat junk food once a week. I’ve added more vegetables and fresh fruit to my meals. My goal is to lose 20lbs by the start of the summer because I want to fit into my favorite sundress again, to look and feel like IYAMHEALTHY.
I used to study in front of my computer while eating. Now I take a small break away from the stress to eat and I’m eating way less. I also try to drink a big glass of water before each meal to fill me up a bit. I’m already down 7lb in 2 weeks. IYAMHEALTHY
